She Scores - Virginia United FC is your new weekly excuse to move, laugh and switch off from the day while having a casual kick with other local women. It is relaxed, low pressure football for all fitness and experience levels, especially if you have never played before or have not been active in a while.

Across 8 weeks, we will mix simple ball activities with light movement and small, friendly games that you can play entirely at your own pace. There is no scoreboard, no trials and no commitment to weekend competitions, just a chance to stay active, learn a few basics and enjoy being part of a supportive group.

Never kicked a ball? Perfect. You do not need to know the rules, own boots or “be sporty” to join in. If you can turn up in comfortable clothes and give it a go, you are in the right place. Our facilitators focus on encouragement and inclusion, with plenty of breaks and a “no judgement” vibe so you can choose how hard you want to work each week.

She Scores is perfect if you are looking to:
- Ease back into exercise in a non intimidating environment
- Meet other local women and build social connections
- Try football for the first time without any pressure
- Have fun and clear your head after work or family commitments
- A low-impact way to exercise in a social setting

Program details:
- When: Wednesdays, 6:00pm start
- Dates: 15 July for 8 weeks

What to bring:
- Runners or Trainers
- Boots if you have them and want to wear them
- Casual exercise wear
- Water bottle
- Shin pads are recommended but not a requirement

Term 3 returns after the success of the first term as we continue to build this program into a more regular program at the Club.

Terms and conditions

By registering for She Scores, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

INSURANCE
She Scores is a community program run by Virginia United FC outside of Football Queensland competition. FQ insurance does not apply to this program. Participants should satisfy themselves that they hold appropriate personal insurance coverage before participating.

FEES AND REFUNDS
She Scores fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced. Where a session is cancelled due to wet weather or conditions outside the Club's control, we will provide a credit toward a future term or an additional session wherever possible. Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is available at virginiaunitedfc.com.au.

WEATHER AND CANCELLATIONS
Sessions may be cancelled due to wet weather, extreme heat or unsafe ground conditions. We will notify registered participants as early as possible. Cancelled sessions will be addressed through the alternatives outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

BEHAVIOUR AND CODE OF CONDUCT
She Scores is designed to be a fun, safe and welcoming environment for women of all ages and abilities. All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff and fellow participants at all times. Virginia United FC reserves the right to remove any participant from the program where behaviour is found to be contrary to our Club Code of Conduct or the purpose of the program.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By registering, you consent to Virginia United FC photographing and recording participants during She Scores sessions for use in Club communications, social media and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us at admin@virginiaunitedfc.com.au.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
By registering your child, you confirm that you have disclosed to Virginia United FC all medical conditions, physical or cognitive disabilities, behavioural needs, allergies or other factors that may affect your child's safe participation in Club activities. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to keep this information current throughout the season and to be contactable during all Club activities. The Club cannot accept responsibility for harm arising from conditions that were not disclosed prior to participation.

TWO ADULT RULE
Virginia United FC requires a minimum of two Blue Card-holding adults to be present at all training sessions and matches involving players under 18. Coaches, managers and designated parent representatives acknowledge this requirement as a condition of their involvement with the Club. Sessions may not proceed if this requirement cannot be met.
