Registration Steps

How to Register with Virginia United FC

Registering with VUFC requires three steps across three separate platforms. All three must be completed in full before a player can be placed in a team, train or participate in fixtures.

Before You Start

Age group and gender caps apply across all programs. Existing members receive a preferential registration window at the start of each season - new members are welcomed once places are confirmed. Watch our website and social media for registration opening dates each year.

If you are using a PlayOn Sports Voucher, you must upload it in PDF format during Step 1. Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively once payment is complete.

Step 1 - Register with Virginia United FC

Complete your VUFC registration via the link on the What's On page. Club fees are paid at this step. Provide all requested information including a current passport style profile photo.

Players who do not complete all three steps will not be placed in teams.

Step 2 - Register in PlayFootball

Register via the PlayFootball website. Football Australia association fees are paid at this step. All players must upload a current passport style profile photo. Masters players must select the Masters registration product and must not register as a senior player.

Your registration is complete once payment has cleared. Merchant processing fees apply.

Step 3 - Register in Squadi

Register via the Squadi app or website. Football Queensland association fees are paid at this step. All players must upload a current passport style profile photo.

Your registration is complete once payment has cleared. Merchant processing fees apply.

Important Notes

Players with outstanding debts from any prior season will have their registration cancelled.

Profile photos must be a current passport style photo of the player only. No siblings, parents, pets or props. Non-compliant photos will be declined.

All players U6 and older across all programs (MiniRoos, ASP, FQA, Youth, Metro, FQPL, Masters) must complete all three steps.

International Transfer Certificates are required for certain players. See our ITC page for full details. The ITC process can take 8 to 12 weeks so register early.
