International Transfer Certificates
International Transfer Certificates
An International Transfer Certificate (ITC) is required in the following circumstances:
Adult (18+ yrs)
An ITC will be required for a player aged 18 or over where the player's previous football registration was overseas - irrespective of whether that club / organisation was registered with the national football body in the respective country
A copy of the player's passport identification page must be provided to VUFC.
Minor (10-18 yrs)
An ITC will be required for any player aged 10 - 18yrs who is not an Australian citizen and is registering for the first time.
An ITC will be required for any player aged 10 - 18 yrs where the player's previous football registration was overseas.
In both instances, extensive personal information of both the player and their parents is required. We urge you to complete your registrations early, establish whether an ITC is required and compile the information as listed in the attached guide.
For both adults and minors, ITCs can take up to 7 weeks to obtain. Players are ineligible to participate in any fixtures until the ITC has been granted.
