Saturday mornings for U3-U5 players at Albert Bishop Park. 8 weeks of age-appropriate football built to spark a love of the game. Two time slots available.

Saturdays from 18 July | 8:00am or 9:15am | Ages U3-U5
2026 Squirts - Little Reds Term 3

Relaxed, social, low-pressure football for women of all ages and experience levels. No boots, no experience, no pressure - just a great group and a good time. New members receive a free ball and jersey.

Wednesdays from 15 July | 6:00pm | 8 weeks
She Scores - Term 3

Small-group development coaching for junior players who want more than weekly training. Led by FQ Academy staff. Two groups - Junior (U9-U12) and Youth (U13+). Capped at 12 players each. These fill fast.

REDS ELITE - Skills Clinic Term 3

Brand new at Virginia United FC, in partnership with Football Queensland. A low-impact, social version of the game built for anyone 50+ who wants to get active, meet people, and enjoy football without the pressure. Free to join. Spots are limited.

Reds Elite Training is Virginia United FC's answer to that. 

A dedicated development program built for players who want individual attention, specialist coaching, and a structured environment to genuinely get better. Not a camp. Not a casual kickaround. A real program - led by the same qualified coaches who run our FQ Academy - designed to develop the individual.

Directed by Ellis Shaw (FQ Academy Junior Technical Director) and overseen by Head of High Performance Stuart Kelly, every Reds Elite program is designed and delivered to Academy standards - available to our community players.

Junior Skills Clinic (U9-U12) - Wednesdays, 4:45pm to 5:45pm, Field 2, from 29 July
Youth Skills Clinic (U13+) - Wednesdays, 5:45pm to 6:45pm, Field 2, from 29 July

Both groups are capped at 12 players. Registrations open 11 July.

5-a-Side returns to Albert Bishop Park!

We'll be launching a 5-a-side competition at Virginia United FC very soon - a fast, fun format for players who want competitive football outside of the weekend season. More details to follow.
