Keep the game going this school holiday!

Our September Holiday Camp returns to Albert Bishop Park for two weeks of football, fun, and full-day activity. With Part 2 of the season just around the corner, it's the ideal time for players to stay sharp, build confidence, and enjoy their football in a relaxed, supportive environment.

All abilities welcome. No experience necessary. Open to members and non-members alike, ages 5 to 13.

WHEN
Week 1 - Tuesday 22nd September to Friday 25th September

Flexible registration - book one day, one week, or both.
Full Day: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Half Day: 9:00am - 12:00pm

WHAT EACH DAY LOOKS LIKE
Each session follows a structured format designed to keep players challenged and entertained from start to finish:

Themed morning football training session
Small-sided games and live challenges
Sport of the day (rotates each session)
Individual and team competitions

All sessions are designed and delivered by our qualified, experienced coaches.

WHAT TO BRING
Hat (required), labelled water bottle, and a packed lunch for full-day participants. A meal option is available at an additional cost - select this during registration.
Please include any allergies or dietary requirements in your registration.

PLAYER SAFETY AND CARE
Your child is in safe hands throughout the day. Our staff manage regular water breaks, scheduled sunscreen reapplication, and shaded rest areas during warm periods. First-aid qualified staff are on site at all times, and all activities are age-appropriate and ability-matched.

HOW TO REGISTER
Select your preferred days and session type during registration - full day or half day. The process is quick and takes just a few minutes.

Terms and conditions

  • By booking a place in a Virginia United FC Holiday Camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    INSURANCE
    Virginia United FC Holiday Camps are run outside of Football Queensland competition. FQ insurance does not apply. Participants should satisfy themselves that they hold appropriate personal insurance coverage before attending.

    FEES AND REFUNDS
    Holiday Camp bookings are non-refundable. Where the Club cancels a camp or session, participants will receive a full credit toward a future camp or, at the Club's discretion, a refund. If you need to transfer a booking to another participant or session, please contact admin@virginiaunitedfc.com.au at least 48 hours before the camp commences. Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is available at virginiaunitedfc.com.au.

    WEATHER AND CANCELLATIONS
    Camps may be affected by wet weather or unsafe ground conditions. Where a session is cancelled, we will wherever possible reschedule it within the camp or provide an indoor alternative. In the event of a full camp cancellation by the Club, participants will receive a credit or refund in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

    PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
    By registering, you consent to Virginia United FC photographing and recording participants during camp activities for use in Club communications, social media and promotional materials. If you do not wish for a participant to be photographed or filmed, please notify us at admin@virginiaunitedfc.com.au prior to the camp commencing.

    BEHAVIOUR AND CODE OF CONDUCT
    All participants, parents and carers are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff and other participants at all times. Virginia United FC reserves the right to remove any participant from the camp where behaviour is found to be unsafe, disruptive or contrary to our Club Code of Conduct. No refund will be issued in the event of removal for behavioural reasons.

    HEALTH AND SAFETY
    By registering, you confirm that the participant is in suitable health to participate in physical activity over multiple days. Please notify our coaching staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or injuries prior to the camp commencing. Virginia United FC staff hold current first aid qualifications.

    PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
    By registering your child, you confirm that you have disclosed to Virginia United FC all medical conditions, physical or cognitive disabilities, behavioural needs, allergies or other factors that may affect your child's safe participation in Club activities. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to keep this information current throughout the season and to be contactable during all Club activities. The Club cannot accept responsibility for harm arising from conditions that were not disclosed prior to participation.

    TWO ADULT RULE
    Virginia United FC requires a minimum of two Blue Card-holding adults to be present at all training sessions and matches involving players under 18. Coaches, managers and designated parent representatives acknowledge this requirement as a condition of their involvement with the Club. Sessions may not proceed if this requirement cannot be met.
