Metro Seniors

Metro Senior (Men and Women)

Metro Community Football is the ideal level for senior players who want competitive football in a structured but accessible environment. All squads train once a week and are coached by either a volunteer or nominated player coach.

We offer a range of men's and women's divisions to suit different ability levels. In 2026 we field men's teams in Metro 1, 4 and 9, and a women's team in Metro 5. Places fill quickly - early registration is strongly encouraged.


What to expect

  • One training session per week
  • Weekend fixtures across the FQ Metro competition
  • Volunteer or player coach model
  • Competitive football without the commitment of FQPL

Registration
Registration opens in January each year. Head to our 2026 Registrations page to secure your spot. Once squads are full, we cannot add further players.
