Terms and conditions

• Full fees must be paid before the first session of the term. A players place will not be guaranteed until all fees have been paid. No Refunds will be given to any player after the second session of the term.
  
  Playing Shirts
  A registered squirts player will receive one squirts playing shirt per year regardless of the number of terms attended. A new jersey will be provided for the 2024 season.
  
  Cancellation of Sessions
  Wet weather will sometimes cause us to cancel a session, players are notified by email only, at least 45 minutes before the session starts. If a session has been cancelled VUFC will arrange a catch up date for all players to attend. If players can not attend the catch up date a refund will NOT be given.
  
  Absence from Sessions
  If a player is unable to attend a session please notify the coach via email prior to the session. If a player does miss a session they are unable to catch it up or apply for a refund for this session.
  
  Safety
  Players are advised to wear shin pads, VUFC takes no responsibility for any injury caused by not wearing protective shin pads.
  Due to players young age parents/carers must be present during the whole session.
  Photography
  Virginia United FC have the following requirements to abide by to take photographs at games at Albert Bishop Park, involving players under the age of 18;
   
  - Photographs can only be taken by parents/guardians of player's involved in that game, and only while the player is participating in the game.
  - Photography at all times should focus on your child.
  - Photographs can only be taken for personal use and can not be taken by professionals, nor distributed commercially or professionally.
  
  Any photos taken by VUFC staff may be used to help promote our program.
