Senior Football - Final Double Header for season 2024 - Saturday 20th July

Double Header Matchday - 2 0th July As our senior teams fight for top 4 finish and finals football, we have one final double header of action on Saturday 20th July at Albert Bishop Park.

Our Senior Men’s FQPL3 continue their push for a promotion opportunity when they take on Western Spirit at 4pm. Following this, our Senior Women’s have a fight with Broadbeach Unted in a battle for 4th spot in the league. Kick off is 615pm.

Both games will be supported by junior player mascots from under 7 boys and under 8/9 girls teams. Our Under 23s will also play on the same afternoon on field 2. Details in the picture.

As the weather cools up, our caterers are spicing things up, with a sumptuous curry to be available as a special for the evening!

Celebrating Indigenous Round

Indigenous Round Promo
Virginia United FC takes pride in its First Nations members and acknowledges the club’s connection to the nation’s first people and the traditional custodians of the lands where we play, gather, and call home.
In celebration of NAIDOC week and the recognition of Indigenous culture and achievements across the football community, our FQPL Senior Men’s and Women’s team took the field on 6th and 7th July in our new VUFC indigenous jerseys inspired by the artwork of Kye Lane-Art (@big_lane_harty).
We extend a big thank you to Kye for giving our traditional red jersey a fresh look. His painting, which depicts the local Dreamtime story of the bandicoot and the kangaroo, beautifully ties in Virginia United FC’s connection to community and country.
